Dr. Gloria Horsley, Ph.D., is a licensed marriage and family therapist, clinical nurse specialist and president and co-founder of the Open to Hope Foundation. Dr. Frank Powers, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and served as the chairman of the Psychiatric Security Review Board for the State of Arizona. After meeting online and falling in love two years ago, they wrote a book together called Open to Love: The Secrets of Senior Dating, which is now available on Amazon, to help others thrive in the world of dating.
