Former HR/Recruiting leader, author, speaker, and Disability Advocate who has defied the odds with her resilience and inspiration with her personal story.
It was midway through her professional life 20 years ago; she suddenly began losing her vision. A major roadblock occurred a few years later when her condition was diagnosed incurable and would lead to blindness! She went from a ‘Pity Party’ to a ‘Propel Party’ to regain her career growth through faith, passion and perseverance! She shares tools and steps in her inspirational self-help book, “Turning Stones into Gems – Learn how to find purpose in your life & career”, for others to reignite their passion & career growth.
Her mission remains clear: to encourage, equip, and empower individuals in their personal and professional pursuits regardless of their circumstances! She also is dispelling the myths about employment of individuals with visual impairments and other disabilities.
